Our Mission: To equip young Africans with world-class diplomatic competencies, foster inclusive networks, and drive impactful initiatives that amplify youth perspectives in African and international affairs.

By 2029, YDAA anticipates:

  • Training and certifying over 1,000 young African diplomats.
  • Producing influential policy recommendations adopted by AU organs and national governments.
  • Establishing a vibrant Pan-African Youth in Diplomacy Network of 10,000+ members actively shaping diplomatic discourse.
  • Positioning YDAA as the recognised continental hub for youth diplomatic excellence.

The ultimate impact will be a strengthened African diplomatic corps, enhanced youth inclusion in global affairs, and a more influential, united Africa on the world stage.
