Jubilate Emmanuel is a graduate of International Relations and Diplomacy with a strong passion for leadership, African diplomacy, Pan-Africanism, and sustainable development. She serves as a practicing Protocol Officer at Code Event King, supporting the coordination of professional events while ensuring high standards of protocol and organization. She is also a member of the Public Diplomacy and Communications Directorate at the Youth Diplomacy Academy of Africa, where she contributes to strategic communications and supports initiatives that equip young people with knowledge of African diplomacy, Pan-African values, leadership, and regional cooperation, inspiring them to actively engage in shaping Africa’s future. Beyond her professional roles, she actively volunteers in gender equality and mental health initiatives and works with Green Equity Tanzania to advance food security and climate action through advocacy and youth engagement. Committed to inclusive development and international cooperation, Jubilate strives to empower communities and create lasting social impact through collaboration, diplomacy, and service.
