Ninsiima Samanther Elizabeth is the Director of Communications and Public Diplomacy at the Youth Diplomacy Academy of Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University, specializing in International Relations and Diplomacy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies at the same institution.
Driven by a strong passion for diplomacy, youth participation, and advancing women’s involvement in foreign policy and governance, she brings experience in research, policy communication, administration, and youth engagement. At YDAA, she leads strategic messaging, public engagement, and digital diplomacy to amplify Africa’s youth and women’s voices in global affairs.
